The data management menu enables you to refine your data search on the map, group your data, and create an attractive data illustration.

The data formatting menu, enables you to select the relevant fields that will be finally shown/presented on the data table (preview menu) and on the table details respectively.
 
You can also decide whether or not the end user can export data, select the relevant fields that will be finally used for the search, as well as the type of search for each field.
 
Moreover, you can select a number of spatial analysis tools that will be available to the users.
 

The preview menu enables you to see how your data are displayed to the visitor of your website (end user). It also enables you to decide how to embed the map into your webpage.

This menu provides a number of publish related options. More specifically enables you to publish your data in your website by selecting the relevant link, paste HTML to embed in your website, and use Javacript API
